User Management
Master User can do everything. Key Users can register Admin Users and Supervisors. Admin Users can register Supervisors only under their assigned STN. Supervisors perform inspections and raise findings only.

Master User and Key Users can add or import local technical checklist items while preserving the uploaded controlled baseline.

Uploaded reference baseline + Master/Key User additional items. The SAG best-practice item is automatically added to every checklist.
Perform Inspection
Controlled technical checklist. Supervisor is locked to own profile; Admin is locked to assigned STN; Master/Key User has network oversight.
Access control: unauthenticated users cannot open the app. Master User has full control including page canvas. Key User has network access and can assign Admin/Supervisor users. Admin User is restricted to the assigned STN and can assign Supervisors only. Supervisor User is locked to own PRN, location, and area. Checklist references are mapped internally to approved operational guidance and customer airline SOPs. Each checklist also captures best-practice and improvement ideas for SAG meeting review.
